We offer a caring support service to families and individuals who are living with a disability or mental health condition. We are a regulated and registered provider with the Care Quality Commission. Our aim is to help and empower members of the community who may feel isolated or just need a helping hand. Each person is different, which is why we provide a personalised support plan tailored to your individual needs.

We want to help people live independently and give them the support to live their life, the way they want.

We believe in delivering a personalised service and feel that our service users thrive the most when they are able to build up a trusting relationship with their assistant or dedicated team of assistant's. Visual impairment - We work with adults living with visual impairments to access the community and remain independent.

Complex Care - We work alongside families and independently to provide complex support including food and medicines via PEG and administering Buccal Midazolam. Our team are experienced to support those with Epilepsy and suffering from seizures. 

Autism - We work with both adults who live with varying degrees of Autism and offer sensory support and access to local community groups. Our team work with both verbal and non verbal individuals and have experience with Makaton and PEC. 

Physical disability and chronic health conditions - We work to ensure those living with a physical disability have access to the community and the best quality of life.​

Mental Health conditions - We work in the community providing Personal Assistant support to those living with a mental health condition. This may include accompanying them to appointments and providing companionship.

Dementia - All our team are experienced with how to support those who wish to stay independent in their own home and suffer with Dementia. This nearly always involves keeping in close contact with families on updates and offering peace of mind to loved ones. 

Stroke - Our team can offer support to those living with the affects of stroke and the impact this has. This involves chaperoning to support services in the community and accessing physical activities to remain active where possible.

Brain Injury - Our team can offer support to those who are living with the affects of Brain Injury. This can include offering companionship and support to stay independent in their own home or assisted living.

Limited mobility​ - Our team are trained to assist with safe use of hoisting, wheelchairs, mobility vehicles and other adaptive equipment.
